The pioneering application of the "balanced wear resistance and friction reduction design" philosophy has driven the research and development of flux-cored welding wires for drill pipe wear bands. After more than two decades of R&D, we have introduced the BoTn1000, BoTn3000, and BoTn5000 series—high-performance, wear-resistant, and friction-reducing flux-cored welding wires for drill pipe wear bands. These products are primarily used for drill pipes, heavy-weight drill pipes, drill collars, stabilizers, shock absorbers, sucker rod couplings, and sucker rods in oil drilling equipment. Additionally, they have broad applications in other industries, including mining, chemicals, and power generation.
The BoTn series have undergone rigorous evaluation by several authoritative third-party institutions, both domestically and internationally, including Mohr Engineering Division (USA), Bodycote Materials Inc. (USA), Howard & Associates International Inc. (USA), and Xi’an Maurer Petroleum Engineering Laboratory (China). The results of these tests have confirmed the exceptional performance of the products.
